AERA had minimal assets: old product photos and unused interviews with their fragrance team. They wanted to scale performance creative and get their ad accounts back on track. The problem wasn't taste or brand, it was volume and speed.
What I Built
Two proprietary AI workflows to analyze, generate, and optimize creative at scale.
- BuiltA Meta MCP-backed system reporting weekly: ROAS, CTR, conversions. Visual analysis of colors, messaging hooks, audio hooks in high performers.
- CreatedAn AI agent system where each agent is an expert in one dimension (Hook, Emotion, Audience, Brand, CTA), scoring copy 0–100. Self-iterates until every agent scores 90+. Brand book, messaging style sheets, and visual references are the inputs. On-brand copy comes out.
- Transcribed30–45 minute fragrance interviews, extracted takeaways, pieced quotes into Hook-Value-CTA stories, exported timelines for post-production.
- EngineeredAI workflow: brand book and reference imagery in, on-brand product shots out. 3D model placed in exact frame, AI background and lighting applied. Every image on this page was generated this way. Zero hallucinations.

On AI as a multiplier
AI is a production accelerator, not a creative tool. The judgment stays human. The system removes friction and moves faster.
On thoughtful generation
Not the $20 tools that generate 100 images from one photo. The brand book, messaging style sheets, and visual references go in first. The 3D model is placed in frame. The AI fills the background and lighting to spec. Every image on this page came out of that pipeline.
